At Fleet Service GB we have always put the driver first. The way you drive for work, as you know, can have a huge impact on the efficiency of your work and the outcome of your day.
We believe that the wellbeing, motivation and engagement of the individual should be considered at all times and we want to make sure that good drivers are rewarded.
This competition has been put in place to encourage competition and engagement in training, with a view to improving your wellbeing.
To be eligible for Driver of the Month, a driver must have a clean record for the month—no non-compliance, negative points, or overdue e-learning—and maintain a strong safety history with no own-fault accidents or licence offences in the past year, and no licence bans in the last three years. These drivers are then entered into a draw.

First Place –Prize £100 Amazon Voucher
Second Place– Prize £50 Amazon Voucher
Third Place –Prize £25 Amazon Voucher
ACHIEVE DRIVER OF THE YEAR AWARD
All our monthly winners will be in with a chance to win the ACHIEVE Driver of the Year Award. This honour will come with a prize of £1000. When the time comes, we will be asking your line managers to nominate any additional drivers who have stood out as exceptional.
