To deliver all the benefits of the fully integrated FSGB Driver and Vehicle management services, it is an essential requirement that all drivers register and use the Achieve Driver App.
Increased Communication and Reminders
The intuitive functionality of the Achieve Driver App supports the delivery of all services, from registration to delivery.
All communication, including notifications, prompts and reminders are presented to the driver as and when determined by management or within the agreed parameters.
Of particular importance, is the Live Driver Score which can be seen on the home screen in real time.
Note – the Driver App available for use on android and apple phones, provides real time communication between the driver and the FSGB Support team. The comprehensive functionality and features available are wide ranging and subject to continual enhancements to support client requirements.

Bespoke check sheets can be configured to cover different vehicles and operating requirements.
Using the Achieve Driver App, drivers are guided through a customisable walkaround checklist for their specific vehicle: They can instantly report any identified defects by capturing photos and adding notes.
As an option, drivers can carry out the vehicle check including Video, allowing drivers to record their entire walkaround check. This provides time-stamped visual evidence that a vehicle inspection was performed thoroughly, providing assurance regarding compliance and driver accountability.
Every completed check sheet, whether photo or video-based, is submitted instantly and is available for review in the Achieve Software Hub. If a safety-critical defect is flagged, it automatically triggers a workflow in the FSGB Maintenance Management system, alerting the FSGB team to arrange prompt repairs through the FSGB Garage Network.
