Registration
As vehicles and drivers are registered into one or more of the driver and vehicle management services, powered by Achieve, drivers will be communicated with as part of our comprehensive 3 – 2 – 1 Communication Programme. In addition, drivers will be able to access Guidance documents, using the online library.
Registering with the Achieve Driver App
- A welcome email will be sent by the FSGB Service Support Team confirming to drivers how to register with the Achieve Driver App. Should you prefer, hard copy material items can be provided.
- The one number telephone contact for all services is prominently displayed on all FSGB’s online communication, e-mails and the Achieve Driver App.
The Achieve Driver App, developed internally by FSGB’s own specialist team, is available to download on android and apple phones and provides real time communication between the driver and the FSGB Support team.
