Driver Training

The Achieve Software Hub uses data captured during driver registration to generate an individual Live Driver Score, forming the foundation of continuous performance measurement. This score automatically assigns each driver to an initial support level, ranging from immediate in‑vehicle training to training scheduled over a three‑year cycle.

Training Interventions and Support

This score, part of the continuous performance measurement, is used to determine a drivers initial suggested support level.

  • Level 1 – immediate in-vehicle training
  • Level 2 – in-vehicle training in 6 months
  • Level 3 – in-vehicle training in a year
  • Level 4 – in-vehicle training in 3 years

Training interventions can be fully automated: the system books in‑vehicle sessions based on organisational driving performance and prioritises drivers accordingly. Alongside this, the Achieve Software Hub allocates personalised eLearning modules delivered through the Achieve Driver App, ensuring each driver receives targeted digital learning and access to a comprehensive support library.

Drivers also receive periodic notifications tailored to customer requirements or seasonal driving conditions. As performance data updates continuously, each driver’s ability level is dynamically recalibrated, ensuring the programme remains responsive and consistent.
