FSGB Accident Management

FSGB will agree parameters covering all related areas regarding the provision of the FSGB Accident Management service.

Full Management of the Crash/Incident Process

  • Drivers will be instructed to call the Service Support Team for all crash-related incidents. Alternatively, they can make contact using the Driver App which has an inbuilt GPS location finder.
  • On receipt of a call the Service Support Team will complete (where relevant) an online claim form. At the same time, the Service Support Team will assess the incident.
  • As an integrated part of the process, the Service Support Team will request video and photographic evidence, the driver can use their mobile phone, linked to the Achieve Driver App to facilitate this process. In addition, any footage from onboard cameras can be uploaded and used as evidence to support any claim.

 

All aspects of any crash / incident will be managed by the Service Support Team from first notification through to management reporting and documentation completion, strictly in accordance with agreed parameters.
