Our very own Peter Hitt and the FSGB team proudly welcomed AA Roadside Patrolman of the Year, Shaun Jones, yesterday (26th February) as he delivered a ‘service delivery overview’ at our offices in Notton, Wiltshire—despite the persistent rain.

Shaun and Peter joined Key Assist Technician Simon O’Neill and Fuel Assist Technician Mark Winterbottom. The AA’s Business Development Executive, Kieren Shadick, and Business Manager for AA Business Services, Richard Foster, organized the day.

Despite the rain, Shaun delivered a comprehensive ‘service delivery overview,’ sharing insights into the AA’s exceptional customer service.

Shaun, celebrated for his outstanding work and dedication, marked this special occasion alongside his colleagues. Including Key Assist Technician Simon O’Neill and Fuel Assist Technician Mark Winterbottom. Together, they shared their experiences and expertise, shedding light on the operational challenges and triumphs of their roles.

The event was thoughtfully coordinated by Kieren Shadick, Business Development Executive at The AA. As well as Richard Foster, Business Manager from The AA – Business Services. Their collaboration ensured the day ran smoothly and provided an excellent opportunity for all involved to engage in insightful discussions.

This meeting not only celebrated Shaun’s remarkable achievement but also strengthened the relationship between the FSGB team and the AA, fostering ongoing collaboration and shared knowledge in the field of roadside assistance and customer service excellence.
