All vehicles on the road must be insured. Your employer has a duty to ensure the company vehicle you drive for work is insured, but, as a driver of any company-owned vehicle, you also have an obligation to be sure there is insurance cover in place.
We have recently updated the Driver App, which now has the facility to show relevant insurance documents for allocated vehicles – giving you the information you need before you drive.
How to find the documents section on the Driver App:
- Click on the side menu bar, located in the top left hand corner.
- Select ‘Documents’ from the menu.
- If the insurance document is available, you will find it listed here, alongside all other relevant essential and guidance documents, including your Driver Handbook.
