We are seeing unprecedented delays in repair lead times, due to issues in availability of parts and problems in the supply chain with staff shortages.
Vehicle repairs are taking longer, but the Fleet Service GB Service Support Team is working hard to limit vehicle down-time and find the most effective and efficient solution available. To keep you moving, this may mean repairs have to take place further afield to accommodate the booking, and alternative solutions for parts.
