There is currently a national and market-wide supply issue in the provision of short-term vehicle rentals.
If you have a requirement for a rental vehicle , we may encounter difficulties in sourcing supply. The Fleet Service GB Support Team will endeavour to fulfil the request, however, in the event that we are unsuccessful we may recommend alternative options.
Such alternatives could be:
- Rearrangement of planned maintenance events or change of booking type to mobile or collection and delivery.
- Group hire booking – by arrangement with your fleet or line manager; should your vehicle be scheduled for regular maintenance, we may be able to look at a group booking where a hire vehicle can be shared with other colleagues who have maintenance due.
- We offer a taxi service facility to assist in getting from A to B. This can be booked via Fleet Service GB, just contact rental@fleetservicegb.co.uk or call the team on 03332 200500 to arrange.
Please remember vehicle safety and road-worthiness is paramount. Do not delay or put off any essential vehicle maintenance or servicing.
