Booking your vehicle for a repair, service or MOT
The quickest and easiest way to book a request for a vehicle repair, service or MOT, is via the Driver App. Here’s how:
- Open the app
- Click on the purple ‘Arrange a booking’ button
- Click on the drop-down menu next to ‘Category’
- Select the option you require
- Answer questions and fill in details
- Choose your delivery/collection method, and any replacement vehicle requirements
- Submit the request, and you’ll receive notification of the booking request and a reference number
