How can ACHIEVE help with the wellbeing of drivers

Acknowledging the signs

If your drivers understand the company has their safety and wellbeing as a priority, it can have a positive effect on behaviour.

The Achieve programme can offer drivers practical tips on how to look after themselves physically, through workshops, messaging and guidance resources, which will in turn help to improve mental health. It is about acknowledging the signs, and understanding how they are affecting you – whether it is undue stress, poor nutrition, lack of sleep or being dehydrated – even these very seemingly simple things can affect driving performance and safety on the road.
