Vehicle Rental
FSGB will provide a fully integrated vehicle rental service, strictly in accordance with agreed parameters.
Vehicle Rental Policy Agreement
These instructions will be supported by a specific service level agreement setting out a clear and concise vehicle rental policy to be applied as and when a requirement is identified, or a request received.
- Drivers will be instructed to make requests for all rental/replacement vehicles using the Achieve Driver App or alternatively, a call to the Service Support Team.
- The Service Support Team will handle all requests, fully complying with agreed parameters.
- FSGB maintains accounts with several national rental companies. All vehicles provided will be subject to the supplying companies’ own terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, relevant copies of terms and conditions will be attached to the agreed parameters.
- The Service Support Team management process ensures that agreed parameters are fully complied with, in particular, the use of a self-billing invoice scheme designed to eliminate invoice disputes.
Potential Additonal Costs
Please note the following items linked with vehicle rental where additional costs may occur:
- The delivery and collection of a rental vehicle
- An out-of-hour vehicle requirement
- An out-of-hour emergency vehicle requirement
- An abortive delivery and or collection on a rental vehicle.
- A one-way vehicle hire
- Use of premier locations for vehicle hire, i.e. airports.
