FSGB Maintenance Management
FSGB will agree parameters regarding the provision of an FSGB Maintenance Management service, incorporating the National Price Promise programme, ancillary items, breakdown and recovery.
Managed Maintenace Requirements
Drivers will be instructed to make contact using the Achieve Driver App or alternatively, call the Service Support Team for all service and maintenance requirements.
Please note, all App notifications are actioned within 30 minutes and all calls received on a 24/7 basis are answered promptly with a human response.
At all times, the Service Support Team will ensure that vehicles are serviced and maintained strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements. Warranties are fully protected and unless instructed otherwise, matching quality parts (this includes genuine components) will be used at all times.
The Service Support Team will administer (for an agreed charge) all aspects of managing warranty and policy claims.
