Service Support Team – available 24/7 – We never close
All Driver and Vehicle Management Services are delivered by a dedicated Service Support Team, which is located at FSGB’s Wiltshire offices. Drivers are requested to access the service using the Achieve Driver App or, as an alternative, call the one telephone number – all available on a 24/7 basis.
24/7 Driver & Fleet Support Service
- All vehicles and drivers will be supported strictly in accordance with agreed documented operational parameters.
- All incoming communications from drivers using the Driver App or phone are dealt with promptly– when a driver uses the phone, they will hear a prompt to request the appropriate service and then an immediate connection is made to a human response service.
- All telephone calls to and from the service support team are voice recorded. This facility supports regular audits of activity.
To deliver the full range of Achieve Powered Driver Vehicle and Driver management services required, the service support team uses in-house bespoke developed software designed to intelligently integrate all the data generated by events and activity.
