These workshops allow an opportunity to interact and exchange ideas for the better development of the continuous learning programme.

  • By using examples of individual driver performance and achievement, overall levels of skill and behaviour will significantly improve.

  • By the building and supporting of a driver learning culture, using all the ingredients of the FSGB Driver Management programme, companies can be confident that individual driver skills will be enhanced, crash incidents will reduce significantly, unnecessary maintenance expenditure will lower and importantly, drivers will feel valued and supported – which will impact positively on staff retention.
