We will shortly be introducing Single Sign‑On (SSO) within the FSGB Hub, giving your users the option to sign in using their company Microsoft account.
This enhancement will allow users to access both the FSGB Hub and FSGB mobile app using their existing Microsoft 365 credentials, removing the need for a separate FSGB password and simplifying the sign‑in experience.
How SSO can be set up
If you wish to use this new functionality, we can configure your organisation in one of the following ways:
Microsoft SSO only
All users sign in using their Microsoft account.
Hybrid approach
Users can sign in using either their Microsoft account or their existing FSGB credentials.
If you are interested in enabling SSO, please let us know which option you would prefer.
Important information to note
Users must already exist in the FSGB Hub
Even with SSO enabled, drivers and users must be set up within the FSGB Hub first, with an email address that exactly matches their Microsoft account.
Self‑registration is not supported
Due to additional data requirements, users cannot self‑register for FSGB using a Microsoft login.
No change to access permissions
SSO only affects how users sign in; it does not change roles, permissions, or access levels within the FSGB Hub or app.
What we need from you
To enable Microsoft SSO for your organisation, we will require:
Your Microsoft 365 Tenant ID
This can be provided by your internal IT team.
IT admin approval for the FSGB Hub integration
Your IT administrators will need to complete a one‑off configuration step using the link below.
This can be completed now, so that your organisation is ready to go as soon we released the SSO update.
