The ADCL programme is aimed at fleets where all types of vehicles are driven as part of the business requirement.   This will include light commercials,  company cars and grey fleet. The objective is to Engage, Encourage, Support and Improve (EESI) all drivers as part of a fully integrated approach, where positive results are guaranteed.

ADCL uses comprehensive in-house developed software, supported by an intuitive driver app and is better than anything else on the market. Initial customer feedback is excellent.

Continuous analysis of data ensures that drivers receive appropriate and timely interventions that include in-vehicle training, online training and/or classroom training.

The programme focuses on driver safety and wellbeing and demonstrates by its processes and inclusive approach, an environment of continuous driver improvement.

Fleet Service GB has already commenced an ADCL marketing campaign which includes events, exhibitions and trade shows throughout 2024.  Supporting these marketing activities is an inclusive range of promotional material which sets out clearly and unambiguously the significant benefits of the programme.

An important part of the marketing programme raises the question ‘What’s in it for me’ and looks at identified company benefits available in areas such as Finance, HR, Health & Safety, Fleet and Procurement.  All of this developed material has utilised the knowledge skill and commitment of the FSGB management team and will enable the success candidate to ‘hit the ground running’.
