At Fleet Service GB we have always put the driver first. The way you drive for work, as you know, can have a huge impact on the efficiency of your work and the outcome of your day.
We believe that the wellbeing, motivation and engagement of the individual should be considered at all times and we want to make sure that good drivers are rewarded.
This competition has been put in place to encourage competition and engagement in training, with a view to improving your wellbeing.
The criteria will change each month, so all drivers are in with a chance across the year, regardless of how you use the Driver App. Just be the best driver you can be, engage with the e-learners and look after your vehicle to be in with a chance.

ACHIEVE DRIVER OF THE YEAR AWARD
All our monthly winners will be in with a chance to win the ACHIEVE Driver of the Year Award. This honour will come with a prize of £1000 and will culminate in a day at our driver workshop with full hospitality. When the time comes, we will be asking your line managers to nominate any additional drivers who have stood out as exceptional.
