What is accident management?

Our FSGB Accident Management solution is a 24 hour, 7 days a week road traffic accident response service, available to support drivers in the event of any accident, collision or major incident. Drivers can contact the Service Support team either by telephone or using the Achieve Driver App. In any event there is total support handling all aspects of any incident.

How we support you

Our FSGB Accident Management solution service provides drivers who may be in distress or are involved in any form of accident-related incident, with a personal level of support, help and advice.

Nothing is too much trouble for the accident management Service Support team. Drivers will be reassured and fully supported (particularly important when a crash occurs) at all times.
