Glass and Tyre Management

Effective Glass and Tyre Management is fundamental to vehicle safety, cost control, and minimising vehicle downtime.

Tyre management

Drivers will be instructed to make contact using the Achieve Driver App or alternatively, call the Service Support Team for all tyre requirements (punctures, damage replacement due to wear and tear).

The Service Support Team may also be contacted directly by service/repair garages where the need for a tyre repair or replacement has been identified.

The Service Support Team will validate any request for tyre repair or replacement. Once confirmed an authority to proceed instruction will be issued strictly in accordance with the parameters and agreed tyre management policy. FSGB is not locked into one supplier, giving the driver the flexibility to access tyre support across the network.
