The Achieve Software Hub allows us to track and manage breakdown incidents in real time, while our support team ensures timely updates and rapid resolution of issues, keeping your vehicles on the road with minimal delay.
Drivers can contact the service support team 24/7, 365 for all breakdown and recovery needs using either a phone call or the Driver App with inbuilt GPS. This centralization helps the team maintain a detailed history of incidents for each vehicle and using our Achieve Hub data is analysed for trend reporting enabling a pro-active approach to vehicle breakdown management.

For flexible, short-term vehicle rental solutions, Fleet Service GB offers comprehensive rental management services, supported by our expert service team. Whether you need additional vehicles for seasonal peaks or a one-off project, we source the right vehicles at competitive rates. Our Achieve Software Hub tracks all rentals, while the service support team is available to manage rental agreements, monitor usage, and handle returns, ensuring your needs are met efficiently without long-term commitments. Support for drivers in a rental vehicle is always on hand. The rental team register the hire vehicle within the Achieve Hub and support is then available at all times via the Driver App. Drivers are able to capture vehicle condition via Vehicle Check prompts, protecting you from potential exposure to off-hire charges on the off-hire of the rental.
