Geoffrey Bray

Chairman

Geoffrey has been involved with fleet management for over 50 years, building successful companies using original, unique and innovative products and services. This long experience has involved working with heavy equipment, heavy goods vehicles and light commercials.

The ability to listen to client challenges, understand and then develop and deliver a comprehensive range of vehicle and driver management services has resulted in many long-standing partnerships with fleet clients, both large and small, operating all over the UK.

During Geoffrey’s long career in fleet management, he has been recognised by the industry. In particular, he is a member of industry publication Fleet News’ Hall of Fame and has been awarded road safety charity, Brake’s, prestigious Kevin Story Award which recognises an outstanding commitment to road safety.

Marcus Bray

Sales Director

Marcus has worked in the fleet management industry for the last 37 years.

Experienced in all aspects of sales, marketing and account management, having helped to develop systems and solutions from scratch back in 1987, to create the largest independent fleet management company in the UK, prior to its acquisition in December 2011.

Marcus became a founding member of Fleet Service GB in 2013 and has already helped to create an industry recognised business which integrates both vehicle and driver management services, like no other.

Client Services Director

Sarah has over 20 years’ fleet industry experience and demonstrates the desire to deliver industry leading fleet solutions.

Her knowledge and experience, together with her focus on engagement with all stakeholders, ensures we deliver added value to our clients.

She utilises her experience to focus on the challenges which our clients face in all aspects of fleet management operations.

From fleet administration and maintenance management, to accident and driver-centric risk management, Sarah is committed to delivering effective solutions which complement the client and becomes an extension of their operation.

Peter Hitt

Commercial Operations Director

Peter has spent many years delivering a wide range of fleet management services.

As a qualified professional, Peter brings significant knowledge essential for the development and delivery of unique products and services which Fleet Service GB provides.

Peter’s operational knowledge has ensured the developed software, produced and supported by Fleet Service GB’s own IT operation, comprehensively addresses the challenges of delivering an exceptional range of fleet management services.

His hands-on approach to managing operations will ensure the 24/7 team continuously deliver services to the high standard demanded by the competitive fleet market.

Steve Williams

IT Director

Steve has worked in IT for 20 years since graduating with a degree in software engineering.

He specialises in working closely with the business users to help develop the best solutions for their needs, not just their written requirements. He brings a flexible, but professional, approach which empowers the business to respond to their own clients’ needs.

Having worked in many industries, from aviation and public sector to banking and mobile gaming, Steve is now focused on meeting the needs of Fleet Service GB and their clients.

Jeremy Jarvis

Finance Director

Jeremy has worked in Finance throughout his career, with a particular focus on providing incisive financial analysis of business performance, building challenging but achievable business targets and plans and working alongside his senior non-financial colleagues to assess the viability and profitability of business development projects.

He has long experience of working within major international corporate businesses. He has worked on mergers and acquisitions, and also in start up businesses. In recent years his focus has been to work with SME’s to provide clear guidance to assist in achieving profitable growth. This experience has enabled him to transform the efficiency, timeliness and clarity of financial reporting within FSGB.
