It begins when we receive a vehicle registration number; our system automatically populates all the core vehicle data, including make, model, fuel type, engine size, and even the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
Fleet Data Collection & Compliance Integration
To capture the essential operational details, we provide a simple fleet information template for you to complete with key data such as cost centre, driver allocation, location, and current mileage. We can accept this information in any electronic spreadsheet format for a quick and easy upload into the Achieve Hub. This crucial data links the vehicle directly to your fleet parameters, ensuring absolute compliance in the delivery of every required FSGB service, from FSGB Maintenance Management, FSGB Accident Management and FSGB Fleet Management.
Driver Pack & Vehicle Lifecycle Integration
As soon as a vehicle is registered, we produce and issue a comprehensive Driver Pack (optional). This includes a client-branded service card, a windscreen sticker, and a key fob, all prominently displaying the single 24/7 telephone number for all our services. This pack ensures your driver is always prepared. The registration also activates the vehicle profile in the Achieve Hub and links it to the driver in the Achieve Driver App, providing instant 24/7 access to information. This process fully integrates with vehicle procurement and disposal, automating the entire vehicle lifecycle and ensuring your fleet list is always accurate and available on demand for analysis and review.
