The Achieve Fleet Administration team provides unbiased recommendations using in-house dashboards and data analysis. Fleet Service GB collaborates with clients to ensure any vehicle conversions are optimised and monitor progress, scheduling re-fitting and equipment storage as needed. Our team assess operational requirements and use a weighted matrix to evaluate vehicles across various metrics, engaging stakeholders to ensure availability.
Integrated with our Achieve Software Hub, we offer full support from sourcing to procurement providing expert guidance at every stage to ensure a seamless acquisition that aligns with your budget and strategy.
Vehicle Disposal or Lease Return
When it’s time to dispose of vehicles or return leased assets, Fleet Service GB ensures a smooth, stress-free process. Our dedicated service support team manages every aspect, from preparing vehicles for resale to overseeing lease returns, ensuring compliance with contract terms. Using the Achieve Software Hub, we monitor vehicle lifecycles to maximise resale values while minimising downtime. The support team is always on hand to handle any queries or issues, ensuring the transition is seamless and cost-effective.
The team manage all vehicle disposal and any replacements, considering any financial and operational impacts. The service support team ensures effective disposal of purchased vehicles and manages the return of leased vehicles to minimize costs. An automated program provides regular reports and predictive event dates for vehicle disposal. Communication with drivers and managers is timely, and optional vehicle condition reports can be produced. The policy is regularly reviewed to reflect best practices.
Pool Fleet Management and Reallocations
Fleet Service GB offers expert pool fleet management services, supported by a skilled service team dedicated to ensuring optimal vehicle utilisation. With the Achieve Software Hub, we help you monitor vehicle availability, track usage, and streamline reallocations to meet shifting demands within your business. Our service team provides hands-on support to ensure vehicles are allocated efficiently and in top condition, reducing downtime and administrative burden while ensuring your fleet remains agile and effective.
The Fleet Service GB team oversee all vehicle reallocation and pool fleet management requirements. On notification that a vehicle becomes available and is still within its contract the team will look to reallocate the vehicle to another driver within the same driver grade or allocate to a driver waiting for an allocation. The vehicle is collected and safety checked prior to movement. At all times Fleet Service GB will work to the agreed instructions/parameters defined in partnership with you.
Transport Account Administration
Managing the complexities of transport accounts can be challenging, but Fleet Service GB makes it simple with a dedicated service support team handling every detail. From vehicle MID, to parking permits, , our team ensures that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. The Achieve Software Hub provides real-time access to account information, while our support team remains on call to address any concerns, ensuring your fleet always remains operational and compliant. Our Achieve Fleet Administration team discuss, understand, and then propose processes and procedures for the delivery of the agreed services, providing recommendations on transport account activity to keep your fleet optimized and on the road.

Fuel Card Administration
Fleet Service GB provides a complete fuel card administration service, supported by a responsive service team and advanced tools within our Achieve Software Hub. Our support team helps you select the right fuel card options for your business, ensuring smooth operation, reducing the risk of misuse, and assisting with any issues that arise, so you can keep your fuel costs under control effortlessly. The team are also on hand to deal with any day to day use issues which may arise, providing real-time support to your drivers when they need it. Drivers are further supported with their Driver App in which they can securely access their PIN details should they need it.
