eLearning – Ensuring Driver Safety
Elearning modules remind drivers of their driver training and also provide a continuous prompt of the importance of road safety, advanced driver training and individual health and wellbeing.
Our eLearning modules are integral to the FSGB Driver Management solution, promoting continuous improvement in driver safety and performance. These modules are typically deployed quarterly to keep drivers updated on safety protocols and best practices. However, we also offer seasonal training eLearning modules, addressing specific challenges like winter driving or increased traffic during holidays.
eLearning Modules – Our Implementation
The software is key to our FSGB Driver Management solution, evaluating factors like driving behaviour and incident history to generate a comprehensive risk score. This score allows us to tailor driver training, ensuring that it meets individual requirements effectively.
Modules are available on the Achieve Hub, our advanced software and via the Achieve Driver App. Periodic prompts and notifications are sent to encourage drivers to complete each module and this helps update their driver risk score which contributes to customising their training needs.
To enhance accessibility, our eLearning modules are linked via the Driver Handbook, a resource drivers are encouraged to consult at any time. This ensures they have ongoing access to crucial training materials.

Learning Library
Continuous learning doesn’t stop after an eLearning module is completed. We provide additional resources via the Achieve Driver App, such as the learning library; a resource of videos and pertinent documents and links. Using these, we continually monitor driver performance, updating risk scores based on their progress. This dynamic assessment allows us to reward improvement and provide additional support where needed.
The ongoing monitoring of risk scores is vital to our risk management strategy, enabling us to address potential issues before they escalate. This proactive approach not only enhances driver safety but also boosts the overall efficiency of your fleet.
