On Friday 21st November, Fleet Service GB opened its doors to a group of enthusiastic Year 2 and Year 3 pupils. This is for a special road safety workshop at our Wiltshire offices.
As part of our ongoing commitment to promoting safer roads and responsible driving, we designed the day to help children learn the importance of road awareness in a fun, interactive way.
Throughout the day, the pupils took part in a series of engaging activities and demonstrations covering key topics such as:
- Understanding road signs and traffic lights
- Vehicle safety and how to stay visible
- Safe crossing habits and stopping distances
- Recognising blind spots and potential hazards
- Everyday tips to keep themselves and others safe on the road
The children had the chance to see vehicles up close, ask questions, and even put their new knowledge to the test.
To keep energy levels high, there were plenty of snacks and drinks provided. Each child went home with a special goody bag, complete with a high-visibility vest to help them stay safe when out and about.

Final Thoughts
Fleet Service GB’s team thoroughly enjoyed hosting the event and seeing how engaged and curious the pupils were. It’s fantastic to help inspire the next generation to think about safety on and around the roads.
We’re proud to play our part in supporting the local community and look forward to welcoming more schools in the future for similar educational visits.
