Fleet Service GB leadership team restructure

Fleet Service GB, a Corsham based award winning company delivering a range of fleet management solutions through its unique Achieve programme, has just concluded a complete restructuring of its leadership team.

 

These changes are as a direct result of positive growth and recognises the considerable effort made by all members of the team to ensure the ethos of the business – making service personal – is delivered at all times.

 

Marcus Bray, who has over 35 years’ experience in the fleet management industry is joining the management board as Sales Director and will have specific responsibilities regarding the company’s sales strategy. Bray’s lifetime experience working in the industry and coping with the changes and resulting challenges will ensure the core principles on which the company was founded are maintained.

 

Peter Hitt is joining the board as Commercial Operations Director – this is a new role within the business and will provide an opportunity for Hitt to use his considerable knowledge, skill and experience gained over many years working within the industry – working closely with the supply chain, building successful partnerships is a critical responsibility and is an essential part of the delivery process which makes Fleet Service GB different.

 

Commenting on the new role Hitt says, “I am thrilled to be given this challenge and will work closely with all our partners, particularly those who are affected by supply chain challenges, to produce solutions which benefit everyone, in particular, our clients.”

 

Sarah Clifford is joining the management board as Client Services Director – this is an extremely important role ensuring the unique range of vehicle and driver management services, fully integrated and developed by Fleet Service GB are consistently delivered to clients at all times.

 

Clifford sees her role as being a genuine extension of a client’s management operation and says, “I am delighted to have been given the opportunity and will be continuously looking at ways, in partnership with our clients, which we can add value, and importantly, deliver an exceptional service level experience.”

 

The management board of Fleet Service GB is made up of individuals with a lifetime experience in the management of vehicles and drivers. The reorganisation of the management structure will allow the company to embrace the considerable challenges the industry faces – the collective experience, knowledge and skill of the board will ensure all clients, both existing and new, will benefit from the experience of a genuine partnership.
