An award-winning partnership strategy recognised at the Fleet News Awards

The consistent high level of personal service delivery excellence provided by all the team at Fleet Service GB was recognised at the recent Fleet News Awards, held at Grosvenor House Hotel in London, on March 16th.

The Highly Commended award in the Fleet Customer Partnership of the Year category, recognised Fleet Service GB’s excellent collaboration with Dynniq, the traffic management technology solutions company. The judges acknowledged how Fleet Service GB saved Dynniq money, by optimising driver safety and vehicle compliance, using their bespoke range of Achieve vehicle and driver management services.

A key ingredient that differentiates Fleet Service GB in a very competitive marketplace is the delivery at all levels of a personal service. Everyone in the Fleet Service GB team is a co-owner of the business ensuring a positive commitment supporting clients in a genuine partnership. This hands-on personal approach was demonstrated continuously throughout the Covid pandemic and genuinely appreciated and valued by clients.

Commenting on the award, Geoffrey Bray, Fleet Service GB Chairman said, “Industry recognition is one way of demonstrating to team members, value and appreciation. The fleet industry throughout my many years of involvement has continued to evolve to a point where today challenges are considerable and, in some areas, difficult to predict. Working together with clients in genuine partnership is the only way forward. Sharing a vision and then agreeing with a client a delivery objective has always been my belief. I am pleased to say that everyone in the Fleet Service GB team not only shares that belief but delivers the service to a level that more than exceeds my expectations. Everyone at Fleet Service GB can be proud of the award – it is a reflection of a genuine team effort”.
