Mental Health Awareness Week

 

Who has done a vehicle check today? Vehicle checks are important to make sure everything is working as it should, and brings to light any potential issues which might arise if left unattended.

 

 

The same concept can be applied to yourself. Do a regular personal check over – ask yourself “how am I feeling?” Are you unduly stressed, did you sleep well, any aches and pains? Answering these questions will give you a sense of awareness of how YOU are and whether it might be appropriate to speak to someone – a friend, colleague or doctor.
