The Role
As a Fleet Controller, you’ll be the first point of contact for drivers, suppliers, and clients—ensuring vehicles are safe, compliant, and back on the road quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate bookings for servicing, repairs, and inspections.
- Process invoices and manage compliance schedules.
- Use our bespoke in-house system to track and optimise fleet activity.
- Support internal audits and contribute to process improvements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects our brand values.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in fleet management, transport coordination, or vehicle maintenance is a plus—but not essential as full training and support delivered
- Strong organisational skills and a cool head under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident IT skills and a willingness to learn our systems.
- A team player with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
