Position Summary:

Our Fleet Controllers are responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of our clients' fleets.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Customer Service:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding fleet-related inquiries and issues.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on vehicle status and estimated arrival times.

2- Operational Efficiency:

  • Ensure all fleet operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle assignments, mileage, maintenance, and other relevant data.

3- Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and regulatory requirements.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all fleet operations are accurately documented and issues are promptly addressed.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly and effectively resolve operational challenges and customer concerns.
  • Time Management: Manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of all responsibilities.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with drivers, colleagues, and customers to achieve common goals.
