We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our existing clients within the fleet management sector. By understanding their unique needs and challenges, you will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that maximise value and ensure client satisfaction.

Job Function:

To deliver outstanding service support across our customer base, supporting the business in the delivery of effective Account Management.

 

Providing the administration and delivery of all related requirements using existing practices and procedures along with seeking to enhance existing product base by engaging with supply chain and the customer to maximise service delivery. 

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain and strengthen the Company's relationship with the client base to include;

  • Work in partnership with clients to build strategies to overcome challenges.
  • Communicate with clients to better understand their goals and demonstrate how Fleet Service GB can meet these objectives and benefit their business.
  • Develop strategic plans which seek to continually improve on service delivery to customers.
  • Continually analyse fleet data to formulate meaningful feedback and present trend information and recommendations.
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Assist Sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs
  • Planning and delivery of Customer Review Meetings
  • Completion of any Action Points assigned.
  • Maintain client records and documents (SharePoint and Workbooks)

Business Support to include:

  • Contribute to identification of potential improvements in processes or system enhancements that would improve our ability to deliver exceptional service.
  • Management and completion of projects as required to support the wider business.
  • Adherence to the Information Security Management System, raising concerns with the Data Protection Officer.
